인도네시아 2024년 10월부터 할알인증 의무화 
Starting from October 2024, halal certification will be mandatory in Indonesia.

 

A mutual recognition agreement (MRA) on halal certification has been signed between South Korea's private halal certification organizations and Indonesia's Halal Certification Agency.
한국의 민간 할랄인증기관과 인도네시아의 할랄인증청 간에 할랄인증에 관한 상호인정협약이 체결되었다.
 This agreement comes in response to Indonesia's plan to mandate halal certification for the majority of imported food (excluding fresh agricultural products) starting from October 2024.
 이 협약은 인도네시아가 2024년 10월부터 자국으로 수입되는 대부분의 식품에 대한 할랄인증을 의무화할 예정에 따라 이뤄진 것이다.

Domestic certification organizations completed mutual recognition assessments in December of the previous year. 

국내 인증기관들은 전년도 12월 상호인정평가를 완료하였습니다.

As a result, Korean agricultural and food export companies will be able to export products to Indonesia with only the halal certification from Korean private organizations, eliminating the need for separate certification from the Indonesian Halal Certification Agency. 
이에 따라 한국 농식품 수출기업들은 한국 민간단체의 할랄 인증만으로 인도네시아에 제품을 수출할 수 있게 돼 인도네시아 할랄인증청의 별도 인증이 필요 없게 되었다.
This expansion of available halal certification options is expected to lead to increased flexibility and efficiency, reducing both time and costs.
국내 인증기관은 지난해 12월에 상호인정 심사를 완료한 바 있으며, 이를 통해 향후 국내 농식품 수출기업은 인도네시아로의 농식품 수출에 있어서 한국의 민간 할랄인증만으로 충분하게 된다.x이로써 선택 가능한 할랄인증의 폭이 확대되고, 시간과 비용이 절감될 것으로 예상된다.

However, starting next year, Indonesia will enforce mandatory halal certification for agricultural and food products.

하지만 내년부터 인도네시아에서는 농식품에 대한 할랄인증이 의무화되므로 아직 인증을 받지 않은 기업들은 할랄인증을 획득해야 한다. 

Consequently, companies without existing certification will need to obtain halal certification.

결과적으로, 기존 인증이 없는 기업들은 할랄 인증을 취득해야 합니다. 정부는 비용, 상담 및 성분 분석을 포함한 지원을 제공하기 위해 한국농수산식품유통공사 및 한국식품연구원과 같은 기관을 통해 이과정을 지원할 계획입니다.

The government plans to support this process by providing assistance through organizations such as the Korea Agro - Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation and the Korea Food Research Institute, covering costs, counseling, and ingredient analysis.

정부는 이를 지원하기 위해 한국농수산식품유통공사와 한국식품연구원을 통해 비용 및 상담, 성분분석 등을 지원할 계획이다.

The Director of Food Industry Policy at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs expressed that this agreement will support Korean agricultural and food companies in entering the Indonesian market.

He further emphasized the government's continuous efforts to expand exports to other Islamic countries.
농식품부 식품산업정책관은 이 협약이 우리 농식품 기업이 인도네시아로의 진출을 지원하게 될 것이라며, 앞으로도 다른 이슬람 국가에 대한 수출을 확대하기 위해 계속 노력할 것이라고 밝혔다.

Prior to the signing of the agreement, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs organized a "Meeting for Preparation for the Mandatory Implementation of Halal Certification in Indonesia" in Jakarta the day before.

협약 체결 전날, 농림축산식품부는 자카르타에서 "인도네시아 할랄인증 의무화 시행 대비 간담회"를 개최했습니다.

 This meeting, attended by export companies, importers, distributors, consumers, and others, discussed trends in the Indonesian consumer market and strategies for adapting to the forthcoming mandatory halal certification.

이 날 참석한 수출기업, 수입업체, 유통업체, 소비자 등의 참가자들은 인도네시아 소비자 시장 동향 및 다가오는 의무적인 할랄인증에 대한 적응 전략에 대해 논의했습니다.
